Same Day Today Couriers is a same day delivery service specialising in the transport of IT equipment and technology assets. We work with businesses, IT managers, logistics teams and procurement departments across the UK, handling everything from laptops and monitors through to servers, networking equipment, specialist hardware and sensitive data storage devices. Our focus is on safe handling and direct delivery with no unnecessary stops, no depot sorting and no change of hands between collection and destination.
We operate a straightforward service — collection and delivery on the same day, no fuss. Whether it is an urgent laptop deployment to a remote worker, IT equipment being relocated between offices, replacement hardware needed on site today or sensitive equipment being returned to a supplier, we are set up to respond quickly. Drivers are briefed on the nature of the consignment and given clear instructions for secure, careful transport. Routes are planned with time and condition in mind, ensuring equipment arrives just as it left — undamaged and on schedule.
There is no over-complication to what we do. We turn up on time, handle the equipment properly and get it where it needs to be. Our couriers understand the risks involved in moving valuable, fragile and often business-critical technology — static sensitivity, screen damage, drive integrity — and take practical steps to minimise them. Careful loading, appropriate securing and considered handling are all part of the service. For particularly sensitive or high-value equipment we can arrange extended insurance cover at the time of booking.
Businesses use us because we are reliable, fast and we understand that when IT equipment needs to move today, delays cost money.

Moving goods to your customers with your own staff and vehicles can prove to be an expensive cost.
Running your own fleet involves huge costs, driver wages, vehicle hire and purchases, holiday cover, maintenance, depreciation, fuel, insurances, road tax and more.
By using us as your IT delivery and transport provider, you only pay for what you need, when you need it.
All our drivers are fully security vetted and carry photo identification.
All vehicles are tracked and fitted with straps to ensure a secure load.
Your goods will be carried in a dedicated vehicle, driven by a fully insured driver.
We will ensure that your IT related goods remain with the same driver and vehicle from collection through to delivery, reducing the possibility of damage, loss or delays. It’s our door to door courier guarantee.
Our same day service IT equipment delivery is ideal for those occasions when you just need to send or receive something now.
Every customer and every job are of the utmost importance to us.
With our Nottingham same day courier service we simply collect and deliver your equipment with the fastest available service using the most cost effective sized vehicle, ensuring the lowest price possible.
Delivering the highest standard of customer service and you can be assured that our couriers will look after you.
BOOK YOUR IT COURIER
We regularly transport laptops and notebooks, desktop computers and towers, monitors and display screens, servers and rack-mounted equipment, networking hardware including switches, routers and firewalls, printers and multifunction devices, point of sale equipment, tablets and mobile devices, specialist industrial computers and control systems, data storage devices including NAS drives and external hard drives, AV and presentation equipment, and IT peripherals of all kinds.
Data Security and Chain of Custody
When transporting IT equipment that may contain sensitive business data, chain of custody matters as much as physical condition. Every Same Day Today IT equipment delivery is handled by a single dedicated driver from collection to delivery — your equipment never passes through a sorting hub, changes hands between drivers or sits in a depot overnight. We provide timestamped proof of delivery on every job, giving you a clear audit trail of exactly when and where the equipment was delivered and to whom.
IT equipment is valuable — both financially and operationally. All our deliveries are insured as standard and for particularly high-value hardware we can arrange extended insurance cover at the time of booking. Let us know the value of the equipment when you call and we will confirm the appropriate level of cover before collection.
