Wheelchair Courier Service

Need a wheelchair or mobility aid collected and delivered urgently? Same Day Today Couriers provides a same day wheelchair courier service across the UK, helping individuals, care homes, hospitals, and mobility equipment suppliers get manual, motorised, and electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and other aids to where they’re needed without the wait of standard delivery.

Why Choose Us For Wheelchair Deliveries?

For many people, a wheelchair isn’t a convenience — it’s essential for getting through the day. When one is being repaired, replaced, or moved between locations, delays aren’t an option. Our drivers collect directly from you and deliver straight to the destination, with no depots or unnecessary handling in between.

We work with mobility equipment suppliers dispatching new or repaired chairs, care homes and hospitals moving equipment between sites, and families needing a wheelchair delivered urgently for a relative. When someone’s mobility depends on it, a dedicated courier is the only reliable option.

Same Day Wheelchair Collection and Delivery

Book a collection today and we’ll get the wheelchair or mobility aid to its destination the same day. This is particularly useful for: Patients being discharged from hospital who need a wheelchair waiting at home. Mobility suppliers delivering a replacement chair while a repair is carried out. Care homes and clinics moving equipment between sites at short notice. Families collecting a wheelchair from a relative’s house or a supplier and needing it delivered the same day.

Careful Handling for Mobility Equipment

Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are often bulky, heavy, and sometimes carry adjustable or electric components that need careful handling. Our drivers take the time to load and secure equipment properly, so it arrives ready to use rather than needing adjustment or repair on arrival. Every delivery gets a dedicated vehicle, so equipment isn’t stacked or squeezed in alongside unrelated freight.

REDUCE COSTS

Moving goods to your customers with your own staff and vehicles can prove to be an expensive cost.

Running your own fleet involves huge costs, driver wages, vehicle hire and purchases, holiday cover, maintenance, depreciation, fuel, insurances, road tax and more.

By using us as your transport provider you only pay for what you need, when you need it.

REDUCE COSTS

All our drivers are fully security vetted and carry photo identification.
